Casa Piazza is a beautiful new 8,000 square foot multi-level vacation villa. It easily accommodates 10 people in double occupancy. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4-1/2 baths. There is also a separate, very private stone casita with bath that sleeps 2 people. Our well-trained staff of four- administrator, cook, maid and houseman-will spoil you with margaritas on the terrace and fresh homemade tortillas prepared as you watch. Your meals will be expertly prepared, your bed will be turned down, your clothes laundered and ironed exactly as you request ...their only job is to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The inside living areas have an airy, spacious, expansive Mediterranean feeling with specially handcrafted woodwork and furniture. There's a balcony, traditional Mexican tile floors, a stone & brick wine cellar, massive carved exterior shutters and doors.The living room has seating for 10 people. A separate family room has 2 sofas, TV, VCR, video library, games and books. All bedrooms feature king beds, AC, fans and separate balconies. Each bedrooom is tastefully decorated in a different style, featuring Mexican antiques, custom crafted furniture, ceramics, glass, art tile, wall hangings and prints, and many beautiful fabrics. Multi-level outside living areas feature two main entertainment centers; the main floor and the rooftop palapa terrace. Both provide shade and sunbathing, comfortable furniture and striking anoramic views. The first floor consists of an open air dining room, tiled pool, recreation area and yard. The dining room adjoins the pool area. Cool breezes waft through the space, and a native palapa-style roof provides shade and texture. The custom-crafted massive wood and stone dining table is rustic yet elegant; it accommodates 12 people with ease. The tiled pool and recreation area overlook 4 lighted tennis courts and a large, manicured lawn with clubhouse and play area for children. There is a suntanning terrace, outdoor shower, ping pong and game tables. The large, modern kitchen is fully equipped with a restaurant-quality stove & oven, oversize refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker/grinder, blender and other convenient amenities. There is a brick and stone wine cellar for your favorite vintages. The modern laundry is fully equipped The rooftop palapa terrace has another dining area, outdoor living room with very comfortable sofas and tables, a sunbathing area, cold tub, a second kitchen and wet bar.The 1600 sq. ft. terrace is covered by a native-style thatched palapa roof artfully made from tree trunks and palm fronds. Enjoy the incredible view from the palapa terrace of both the sunrise over Manzanillo Bay and the sunset over Santiago Bay.
